A bespoke massage, tailored, and creative
To reconnect with yourself and take charge of your health.

The O' Faire Corps (meaning: "embodiment") massage is a tailored experience, it is not a routine but a creative and adaptive process grounded in deep listening. It is a form of communication through touch.

I trained in holistic massage at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork in Bristol, England, in 2014 and 2015.

Holistic massage, from the Greek “holos” meaning “the whole,” does not mean massaging the entire body; it means working with the person as a whole being — physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. It also implies that the practitioner brings their whole self to the work, with presence, attentiveness, experience, and clear intention. Holistic massage is equally holistic in the range of techniques it draws upon, used in response to what is needed at each moment.

As a professional circus artist, my practice is deeply rooted in a connection to, and exploration of the sensory landscape of the body. As a result, my massages are shaped by the particular sensitivity cultivated through the daily and intensive practice of acrobatics, movement, artistic creation, and performance.

Massage is a powerful therapeutic tool that helps prevent many ailments and contributes to balancing and harmonising the body, mind, and emotions. It does not claim to treat or cure medical conditions and is in no way a substitute for conventional medicine; rather, it is a valuable complement to it. In some of the most ancient traditions, such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as in Egypt, for over 5000 years, massage has indeed supported a preventive care and served as a complement to treatments for physiological, psychological, and nervous imbalances.

The attentive listening of the masseuse is grounded in a diverse training background (anatomy, the biological effects of stresspathology, meditation, yoga, basics of Tai Chi and Qigong, and neurobiology) in order to adapt:
– The depth
– The degree of pressure
– The speed
– The rythm
– The technics (Swidish massage, deep tissue, trigger points, mobilisation, kneading, rolling, compression, taping, percussion, gliding strokes, effleurage, tapotement, palpation, rocking, streching, etc...)

Like nutrition, physical activity, artistic practice, and social life,
massage can be a tool for actively taking charge of your health and personal fulfilment..

Au-delà des massages ponctuels, je vous propose des tarifs pour trois ou dix massages sur des périodes définies afin
d’explore massage as a tool for self-connection, vitality, and balance.

Within this framework, massages can work even more deeply and support the release of blockages and profound, holistic transformation.

Massage may trigger temporary, sometimes intense reactions, and lead to transient effects such as fatigue, muscle soreness, sadness, restlessness, or mild headaches.
These reactions are natural responses to deep relaxation and are associated with the release of physical and emotional tension.
The activation of the parasympathetic nervous system can bring underlying emotions or imbalances to the surface.
These effects are generally temporary and reflect a process of regulation within the body as the nervous system rebalances itself.
Drinking a lot of water, resting, and listening to your body are key to supporting the organism integrate the effects of the massage.
If discomfort persists or if you have any specific health conditions, it is important to inform both your therapist and your doctor.
Massage is in no way a substitute for medical care.
